Absolute Lux Cleaners provide our clients with flexible, reliable & incomparable residential cleaning services by training well our Cleaners to clean intelligently & to be detailed oriented, with only environmentally-safe, green products along with a thorough refreshing system. Your home will not only be visibly clean from top to bottom, behind and under; but as well, the air will actually be clean–refreshingly wholesome (not an unpleasant, heavy, chemical masking odours).
We assure this by choosing our products & equipment not in a haphazard manner, but rather in a well-researched, involved manner, e.g. vacuum cleaner with a proper filter system to avoid spewing the dust back into the air; not using (cheap) air fresheners—they release VOC’s (toxic chemicals, that can enter the body through three major pathways (breathing, touching or swallowing).Our employees are all given optimal training to meet our high standards, and we systematically conduct quality inspection checks whether on-site or by other controllable measures the Professinal Cleaners.  Choosing us will give you not only a thoroughly clean home; but as well, contributing to a better world—20% of our profits go to charity. 2.  Are The Professional Cleaners Trustworthy?

We are nothing without clients—our raison d’etre. Therefore, as a business we have every reason to have trustworthy & the best employees—intricate values of our business. We cannot have one without the other. The reason for which we are extremely particular when it comes to our Professional Cleaners. It is to our great advantage to conduct a rigorous screening process, which includes extremely thorough criminal background checks. We hire and maintain the best by properly training our Cleaners to clean intelligently, and to be detailed oriented; paying them a livable wage (minimally) and financial (and other) incentives.

We implement certain safe measure with our employees. They are well-informed, that they may (at any time) be cleaning an anonymous friend’s home. Additionally, all Absolute Lux Cleaner’s Professional Cleaners are fully insured and bonded.

3.  Will I have any liability, or need to pay any taxes if I hire a Professional Cleaner?

Our goal is to simplify your life not complicate it. Hence, we are fully and uniquely responsible for all elements of our staff’s employment, e.g. payroll taxes and Workman’s Compensation (in the event of an injury at your home).

Independent cleaners, who often pass the liability for work-related injuries and the responsibility of payroll taxes onto their clients, which most homeowners are unaware of these dire pitfalls.

The only thing you ever need to worry about with Absolute Lux Cleaners, is what will you ever do with all your free time, which is an absolute luxury!

4.  How do I get started?

There are numerous ways to initiate our services:

1. You could call us directly, which is the quickest and most direct fashion.

2. You could completely fill-out the form provided on our website, and we will contact you.

3. You could send us a text with your pertinent information (name, choice of contact method, e.g. phone (phone number & preferred time frame) or an e-mail.

5.  How frequent should I have my home cleaned?

Absolute Lux Cleaners strongly advises regular house cleaning of minimally once (1 time) per week, and in some cases twice (2 times) per week or more (depending on many factors, e.g. traffic of indoor activity, household size, how many children, environment), which there is a special discounted rate versus, than a biweekly or monthly service basis. We will ask you pertinent questions of the state of your home to give you our expert, tailored-made diagnosis for the cleaning service du jour and the frequency, which you will then give us your decision of the frequency.

Moreover, we are available for special one-time cleaning services, e.g. irregular intervals for clients that need an extra hand from time-to-time; move-in/move-outs; deep spring cleaning; renovation/installation clean ups.

We are here to make your life easier whether you choose us for a one-time basis, a weekly basis or a monthly basis. Of course, life can be unpredictable, hence we are flexible to accommodate your changing lifestyle. All you need to do is communicate to us how we can facilitate your life for you. You can count on us for a clean house hassle-free; we are here to simplify your life.

6.  Do I have to sign a contract?

No. There are no contracts to sign. We are confident, that you will return to us, for cleaning is our forte, in which we take pride.

7.  Do I have to be home when the Professional Cleaners arrive?

All we need is to have access to enter your home upon arrival, and make sure that your home is secure before departure which of course is your prerogative how to go about it, e.g. you will be there upon arrival & before departure; not available, then secure a way to have your key(s)/ alarm codes deliver to us, and safely returned to you

8.  Will I always have the same Professional Cleaners?

We shall endeavour to provide you with the same Professional Cleaners if that pleases you, granted that your and their availability coincide. Know that we will do our best to fulfill your request. However, if there is a schedule conflict, we will reschedule or send you other competent Professional Cleaners–as you wish.

Please do note, that our Professinal Cleaners do take notes of peculiarities, and there is a follow-up with our clients post-cleaning, which are stored for future references

9.  What if something in my home gets damaged?

If a misfortune were to occur, we would do our due diligence to remedy the situation, i.e. repair or replace the item. Please do note that Absolute Lux Professional Cleaners are fully bonded &  insured to ensure your possessions.

10.  Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely. We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy.

We are confident, and take enormous pride in our cleaning–our raison d’etre. Nevertheless, if for whatever reason you find something not up to par, inform us within 24 hours and we will send someone to your home within 24 hours free of charge.  There are exceptions if the client opted for Standard Luxury Serviced when Spring/Deep Cleaning would have been more applicable/appropriate.

Please do note, that we do rigorously control our Professional Cleaners, and do take before and after photos. We aim to please

11.  How do I pay for my cleaning?

Payment is due the day the service is performed. You may pay by: cheque, Visa, MasterCard or Direct Deposit (must be done 48 hours before cleaning appointment.

In case of a cheque, it is preferable, that it is given in person or left on the kitchen table/dining room table or counter.

For your convenience, if you prefer paying by Venmo payment, a number may be left on file with us to use for each cleaning.
One-time cleaning require a Venmo payment or cash.

12.  Do you offer gift certificates?

Indeed we do! Absolute Lux Cleaners makes a great gift, whether it’s for Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, a birthday or anniversary, college student, bachelor/ette or even to help a family member/friend through a difficult time. Whatever the occasion, our gift certificates can be sent straight to the recipient or to you. Contact us for additional information.

13.  What if I have a pet?

Pets are not at all a problem. However, we do need to be notified, if you have pets (indoors or outdoors; friendly or aggressive-which they would need to be outdoors and secured), and we would love to know their names. If you have any special requests regarding your pets, or there are any special circumstances we should be aware of. We would like this information to be included on your work order.

14.   Should I tip my Professional Cleaners?

Gratuities are your prerogative and at your discretion. Our Professional Cleaners would love to know, (as we would most certainly enjoy as well), that their work met or exceeded your expectations. However, if you do wish to leave a tip, please place it on the kitchen table/diningroom table or counter explicitly stating on a note that it for the Professional Cleaner(s).

15.  What if my cleaning schedule falls on a holiday?

If your scheduled cleaning coincides with a holiday, we will contact you approximately one month in advance to reschedule. Our office observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

16.  Can I hire one of your Cleaning Professionals directly?

Our employees are not available for direct hire. A great deal of time and resources is put into hiring our staff.

Each employee signs a contract with us agreeing not to solicit or accept direct employment from any of our clients for a period of two years from the date, that employee last worked for Absolute Lux Cleaners.
